You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes.

4. User Roles

Hey Kleos supports three user roles:

Customer: Individuals seeking services, who can leave reviews and tips for professionals.
Professional: Service providers who build their reputation through earned reviews and tips.
Business: Organizations managing teams of professionals and their service offerings.

Users may switch roles at any time. Each role is subject to the terms applicable to that role's functionality.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to Hey Kleos (operated by SpooKet LLC), you consent to receive service-related text messages, including:

One-time passcodes (OTP) for login and phone verification.
Notifications about reviews, claims, and account activity.
Service-related updates and reminders.

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@hey-kleos.com.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Hey Kleos services. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or content.
Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Reviews & Content

Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experiences.
You retain ownership of content you post but grant Hey Kleos a license to display and use it on the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Tips & Payments

Tips sent through the platform are voluntary. Hey Kleos may facilitate tip transactions but is not responsible for disputes between users regarding tips or services rendered.

9. Intellectual Property

The Hey Kleos platform, including its design, logos, and software, is the property of SpooKet LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

10. Disclaimers

Hey Kleos is a marketplace platform and does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any professional's or business's services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for disputes between customers and service providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpooKet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
