What You're Opting Into

By providing your mobile phone number during onboarding on the Hey Kleos platform (hey-kleos.com/onboarding), you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Hey Kleos (operated by SpooKet LLC).

These messages may include:

One-time passcodes (OTP) for phone verification
Notifications that a review has been left for you
Secure review claim links
Review reminders
Account-related service alerts

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by entering your phone number on the Hey Kleos onboarding page at hey-kleos.com/onboarding and clicking "Send Code" to initiate phone verification. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Hey Kleos at the number you provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. You will typically receive messages when verifying your phone number, when a review is submitted about you, or when you need to claim a review. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging fees may be charged by your mobile service provider. Hey Kleos does not charge for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier's rates apply.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll.

No Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Hey Kleos. You may use the Hey Kleos platform without providing a phone number by choosing email verification instead.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, mobile opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for transactional messaging as described above.

Supported Carriers

Hey Kleos SMS messages are compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their MVNOs.
