    How to access and use Kleos Concierge

    What is Kleos Concierge?

    Kleos Concierge is a warm, AI-guided experience that helps customers share honest feedback, recognize staff effort, and post reviews on Kleos. Customers can also copy their review to post on Google or Yelp. Business owners can configure links, manage staff roles, set up rewards, and view review analytics.

    For Customers

    You do not need an account to start. Simply open one of the public links below on your phone or computer.

    Query Parameters

    ParameterDescription
    sourceWhere the customer came from. Options: clinic_qr, nfc_tap, sms_link, email_link, receipt_link, web_search.
    tokenA personalized session token for pre-filled customer info (used with SMS/email).

    What to Expect

    1. Welcome screen with the business name and prompt
    2. Share how you felt about your visit (Happy, Good, Meh, Sad)
    3. Select what stood out or what went wrong
    4. Credit a staff member or describe the issue
    5. Add any extra details in your own words
    6. Review and edit the AI-generated draft
    7. Post on Kleos and earn 15 Kleos Coins
    8. Optionally copy your review to Google or Yelp

    For Business Owners

    Sign in to your Kleos account to manage your Concierge settings and view review analytics.

    Business Routes

    Concierge Settings:
    /business/:businessSlug/concierge-settings

    Configure Google/Yelp URLs, staff roles, redemption offers, and generate QR/NFC assets.

    Review Dashboard:
    /business/:businessSlug/review-dashboard

    View completion rate, sentiment breakdown, top tags, recent reviews, and total coins awarded.

    For System Administrators

    Admin users can manage all businesses and their Concierge configurations from a central panel.

    Onboard and manage all businesses using Kleos Concierge.
