Thought leadership · The future Kleos is building toward

What if customers could simply ask—and Kleos handled the rest?

Three stories showing how customers, service professionals and businesses can become easier to discover, interact with and transact with through AI assistants such as ChatGPT.

Story 01 · Customer

Maya: “I don’t want another app.”

Maya is planning her Saturday. Normally she would search several websites, compare reviews, hunt for booking links and check separate rewards accounts.

Instead, imagine Maya asking an AI assistant: “Find me a highly rated hairstylist near me who is available Saturday afternoon. I also have Kleos Coins, so show me where I can use them.”

Through Kleos and connected systems, the assistant can potentially understand her authorized Kleos profile, her rewards, participating professionals and the services available. Maya chooses one and asks to book the 2:30 appointment and use eligible Kleos Coins. She never needs to know which scheduling tool the stylist uses, or where each reward came from.

Story 02 · Service Professional

Daniel: “My reputation can now work for me.”

Daniel is an independent hairstylist. His reputation is scattered across the salon, review sites, text threads and different tools. He joins Kleos and builds a professional identity around his own work — not just the address he happens to rent a chair in.

Later, someone asks an AI assistant: “I need someone really good with curly hair near Saratoga. I care more about the individual stylist than the salon.”

Through Kleos, Daniel can become understandable to AI: structured specialty, reputation, customer feedback themes and connected availability. The customer can ask why people choose Daniel, and whether he has an opening Saturday. Daniel never had to build his own AI app — his reputation simply became usable by the conversational layer.

Story 03 · Business

Bella Café: “Customers shouldn’t have to learn our software.”

Bella Café already uses different tools for ordering, payments, loyalty and its website. The owner does not want to rebuild everything every time customer behavior changes.

Bella Café joins Kleos and connects the systems it chooses. A customer can imagine asking: “Where can I grab lunch nearby and use my Kleos rewards?” Then: “What do people like there?” Then: “Do they have the pesto sandwich today?” And finally: “Order two and use my rewards.”

Where systems are connected, Kleos can help move the experience from discovery to action — without pushing the customer through several disconnected interfaces.

System design

One conversation. Three participants. Many systems.

The customer sees a single answer. Behind it, identity, permissions, rewards and connected business systems have to line up — which is exactly the layer Kleos is being built to hold.

Answer or action returned to the user

A booking, an order, a reward applied — inside the same conversation.

The customer wants simplicity. The professional wants opportunity. The business wants growth.

“Customers shouldn’t have to chase businesses across the internet. Businesses shouldn’t have to rebuild their technology for every new interface. Kleos can become the bridge.”
